Currently if I have a column as:
    test
    Test
These words will be considered duplicates. Is there a way to respect case in duplicate deletion/bookmarking?

These words are NOT duplicates. EmEditor always respect case in duplicate deletion/bookmarking. Are you trying to say the opposite?
